Request a visit
If you would like a visit from one of our SPaRC practitioners please ask a member of ward staff to complete a referral.
If you require a specific SPaRC practitioner of a dedicated faith or belief, please let the ward staff member know.
If you want a prayer said for you in our chapel or prayer room (as part of a congregation or by a religious representative), please ask your staff member to email the SPaRC office with details.
After your referral
Once referred one of our SPaRC practitioners will aim to come and see you within 48 hours.
If your request is more urgent please let the ward staff member know at time of request.
Request resources
Please request the resources you need for spiritual support. Some may be available on the ward or ask staff to request them from the SPaRC team.
You can put in a request for:
- Bible
- holy water
- prayer beads
- prayer mat
- Qu’ran
- Qu’ran cube
- rosary
- wooden holding crucifix
